Real Estate Sales
Agency fees are determined by mutual agreement between the client and the eXp real estate agent and are subject to the applicable VAT. All commissions are invoiced and paid exclusively to the bank account of eXp Luxembourg.
The relevant real estate agent certifies having mandated eXp Luxembourg to collect the fees in their name and on their behalf.
Real Estate Rentals
For rentals, agency fees amount to 125% of one month's rent, plus applicable VAT. These fees are split equally between the landlord and the tenant, i.e. 62.5% of one month's rent payable by the landlord and 62.5% of one month's rent payable by the tenant, plus the VAT in force.
